Directions for Ice Elements Use

Do not wash first. Make this your first step in your morning routine. Apply a generous nickel size dallop to each cheek, chin and forehead to dry skin (face, neck, hands, and other areas of the body in need of rejuvenation). Once spread, allow gel to sit for 45-60 seconds. Begin to rub in a circular motion. If the gel does not liquefy and ball up after a few seconds of rubbing, wait an addition 30-60 seconds.

Upon rubbing the gel it will begin to adhere to the dead skin and ball up. Continue rubbing until all of the balls of dead skin accumulate. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat dry.
